Daily Route Options:
These are trucks that traverse these routes on a daily basis
• South Coast Routes: St. Catherine to Negril Westmoreland
• North Coast Routes: Ocho Rios to Negril Westmoreland
• North South Route: Kingston to Ocho Rios
• Urban Route: Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine
• Eastern Route: Kingston to Port Antonio
• Eastern Route: Kingston to Port Maria Via Junction

Strategic Route Selection
Target specific routes like urban neighbourhoods, rural communities and roads, or dense urban centres like Kingston and Montego bay Or contextualize your message by choosing specific commercial, industrial or retail spaces such as grocery stores, gas stations or convenience stores.

Floating No Fixed Routes
These are trucks that may traverse any route on a daily basis

We are currently developing this model. Since we cannot charge based on what is known, in terms of fixed routes and frequency, we are considering a charge based on what was achieved. So, each month or quarter we would invoice based on the routes and frequency travelled, using an agreed rate per.
This is in line with current digital media where you pay for actual performance, such as clicks.

The Silicon Mountain Project is run and operated by battle tested entrepreneurs who have done it and still at it. They understand from first-hand experience the complexities of putting ideas into action and scaling them. They will be bringing to the table all their experience, know-how, insights and contacts to help entrepreneurs at all stages of their business development and entrepreneurial journey from idea to building the most successful business possible.

Each year, we hand pick early-stage entrepreneurs with an idea or company to join one of our mentorship-driven incubator or accelerator programme, investing and providing hands-on mentorship and access to The Silicon Mountain Project Network. 

So, no matter what phase of building your business you are in… The Silicon Mountain Project can support!

Mentors and resource personnel will come from retired company executives and individuals with workforce experience.

Our network will support entrepreneurs by providing accessibility to capital, mentoring, finding customers, hiring talent, choosing the right infrastructure and so on… 

Entrepreneurs will also be exposed to Business and Social Etiquette and Personal development so as to build out a more rounded professional. Too often we see instances of entrepreneurs who do not know how to act at formal occasions, a meeting with other professionals and team members, or with some family members or friends. 

As an Incubator, Accelerator and Innovation Hub, with a decided focus on next generation technology, it is expected that entrepreneurs and their business will exit the project contributing in the first instance to the central Jamaica region, expanding out into the wider Jamaica and Caribbean market spaces, leading and contributing to the growth of these economies. 

The Big Picture and Why Mandeville? –

The Silicon Mountain Project:

  • is setting out to secure and position Mandeville and itself as The Business Technology, Incubator, Accelerator and Innovation Hub of the Caribbean by 2030. 
  • with Mandeville Manchester at the centre, is seeking to serve Central Jamaica, covering the parishes of Clarendon, Manchester, St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland.
  • is also seeking to position Mandeville Manchester as Jamaica’s first Smart City by 2030 and referenced as “Silicon Mountain – The Business Technology and Innovation Hub of the Caribbean”
  • mission will be to significantly increase the number of successful entrepreneurs and emerging businesses in early and growth stages, technology driven and solving real world problems.
  • is an inclusive environment and an invaluable source of critical value-added services required to support and nurture entrepreneurs and their business, allowing for sustainable growth creating employment opportunies, sustainable wealth and real economic growth for the country.

All entrepreneurs emerging from The Silicon Mountain Project will be required to reach back and share their experience and insights with others in the project and be part of our mentorship programme.
